BLANK PETITION FORM : Against Rastrick Health Centre Closure at Chapel Croft

Community Survey Results Here are the results of the survey that the group undertook in December 2007. It was delivered to around 1,000 addresses and completed by around 6.7% of those who received it. (Some of the percentages do not add up. This is due to varying interpretation of the questions concerned.)

Provisional Community Plan This was drafted in February 2007 with a copy put in Rastrick Library for comment. We have since conducted a survey (see above) so that everyone would get the chance to have their views reflected in the Community Plan. We now wish to incorporate the survey results into the Community Plan and once again invite everyone's input. If you did not receive /complete the survey, this is another opportunity to have your say! Please contact us with your comments.
